On April 4^th 2018,President Xi Jinping visited Institute of Deep-sea Science and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In exhibition hall, when he saw titanium spherical shell for 4,500 meters deep sea vehicle, he shook hands with Jia Shuanxiao, General Manager of BAOTI, with elation and said “thanks for the contribution your company has made to the deep sea development.”
